Junior Customer Care Specialist

We are the leaders of online education market in Eastern Europe. For 6+ years we have been launching online courses that help our clients develop their career and grow their business. We trained more than 35 thousand students. And we have already started to conquer the international market.

Recently we launched our project in Romania and it is rapidly developing. We gathered together an exciting production team, which produces our courses. We also have a great sales team, which helps us to reach out to new clients. And now we are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will take care of our customers and make their life easier.

Your future tasks will be:

  • Keep contact with existing customers at all stages of the educational process (after their payment)
  • Support clients via phone calls, online chats, messengers and social media
  • Answer incoming calls and track missed calls
  • Solve clients' problems: help renew deadlines, send students' homework, help with certificates etc.
  • Prepare equipment and software for lecturers for online classes (in case they have any problems with gadgets)
  • Provide basic technical support for both lecturers and students during the classes

Our perfect candidate is:

  • fluent in Romanian and good in English (you will be in touch with our international team)
  • have work experience in a call-center or phone sales
  • have computer skills and can solve basic technical problems (or knows how to find a solution)
  • self-motivated and able to work independently
  • energetic and wants to help clients 
  • proud of their problem-solving skills

You must have your own quiet space to work in with no distractions and a reliable internet connection.

  • Full-time remote job (Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 18:00)
